Log In with your login credentials ( the e-mail and password set when you purchased your plan or package)
Once you have logged in, Click on Services, double click your product and services. On the left side you will find the C-Panel and also webmail login. Click on C-Panel.

Log in into your Client area, click on your product/service.
At the bottom you will find a quick short cut to create business e-mails.
Your credentials could be typed wrongly. Please verify the letters are not caps lock. If you have already verified everything is correct, please contact our tech support.
If you can’t find your verification e-mail or invoices sent, please check your spam folder.
Other e-mail providers might have sent it to spam by mistake. To avoid this, add email@example.com to your contact list (safe list).
We currently do not manage any type of social media promotions, or marketing packages. We sale hosting plans and website designs.
We no longer manage that package but we will respect the same price to all of our customers who had that plan. There will be no increment in price to customers who had Business Best Plan.
Yes, we can create your business logo, for more information about pricing, please contact us to schedule an appointment.
We currently don’t have social media management packages, we only sale hosting packages and web design.
Yes we can update your information on your client area page for no cost.
Updating information does not include changing the looks of the website, this would be considered a new web design, and has a cost.

At Ingenio Host, we’re having to do what everyone else is doing during this health crisis – adjust to a new reality every day, as we all learn more about the threat posed by COVID-19.
For the time being, all meetings with be via Skype, when paid with credit card, paypal and zelle bank transfers.
We will only have face-to-face meetings with clients in situations that require cash payments. When that’s the case, we will take every precaution to protect everyone’s safety. Wearing face mask and shield, and following the 6 foot safe distance.

You will receive a e-mail before the package is due, for renewal. You can also check the due date on your client area.
